VACANCY APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Square information Systems has more than 25 years of experience in developing solutions for knowledge and information management. In 1997 we build the first 100% web-based library management system, and even today we are developing innovative solutions.

As application developer you will be part of our Dutch developers team. You will be involved in further extending and improving our existing applications and develop new solutions in the future.

We expect you to have at least 2-3 years of hands-on programming experience with some of the following techniques: http/internet protocols, php, xml/xsl, javascript, ajax. Additionally, any experience with c++, mysql and database design, application design, apache configuration may be an advantage.

The person we are looking for:

-         Has a healthy ambition to learn and grow, and you are willing to invest time in that.

-         Has a mentality to work extra hours if needed.

-         Has experience in working together on a project with international business partners.

-         Has the ability to work self-organised and disciplined and to be open and proactive in communication.

-         Can speak and write English fluently.
