Since BIBIS has
become available as a web based application, more and more people find it “easy”
to work with. “It is after all only a website to which some data is added, how
difficult can that be?”.
We admit that BIBIS is an easy to use
application. By applying universal screens, the appearance of the application is
virtually everywhere the same, thereby preventing surprises. And if a question
does arise, it can easily be answered by checking the online help or by calling
the Square helpdesk. The calls which the helpdesk receives, in turn inform us at
Square IS about new BIBIS customers or changes in the library staff at existing
customers.
Standard course
A course program has always been
available for the implementation of Square products. The course program consists
of a number of standard courses that are held at the customer and on dates determined by the customer.
This allows us to respond to questions that specifically apply to your own work
situation.

Update course
The registration of the questions
directed at our helpdesk has provided us with a good understanding of items that
may not be entirely clear to new BIBIS users as well as an overview of the most
frequently asked questions that come up when using our product. Based on this
information we have decided to develop a number of courses that address the
questions of and new and advanced BIBIS users.
