It speaks for
itself that our account managers know what they are talking about. The Sales
department distinguishes vertical markets like the legal profession, government,
engineering, chemistry and pharmacy, etcetera. The account managers each have
their own specialisms and specific market. Speaking your language is therefore
the most natural thing in the world to us.
You will notice
this instantly by the manner in which our account managers approach you. They
will not try to sell a product at all costs, but will first draw up an inventory
of your business processes. That way, we try to find a perfect balance between
your business methods and the usefulness of our products and services. For that
reason, we have deliberately chosen to employ account managers that have
experience in the field of business administration and have a higher-level
professional education or an MBA degree.
Our
sales approach is therefore best described as generating solutions, instead of
selling products.
