This module is present in Bibis LMS as standard. It is a very important module because it is the module used to customize Bibis LMS for use in your library.

• Tables such as: categories, rubrics, countries, corporate authors, currency, languages, priorities, media, public holidays, departments, locations, stop words, author functions, applicants, suppliers, publishers, sub-libraries, budget codes.
• Printing layouts for each module.
• Changing and printing all function switches. Each function switch represents a specific function in Bibis LMS that can be set per library. Most of the switches are of the on/off type, although some are multifunctional. This means that a function that could, for any reason, be arbitrary can be selected by you. There are general switches and switches for functions within the individual modules and options.
• Fixed data that applies to the whole package, such as the general nomenclature of the library, copy types, thesaurus variations, external commands and directories to be used.
• Default values. The determination of the standard values of all kinds of fields that Bibis LMS uses in places where this data is asked for, such as standard country, language, currency, supplier, author function, printers, lending period, reminder period, reading period, keeping periods, reminder periods for suppliers etc.
• Printer definitions. With this function you are able to control printers with various control codes for bold print, underlining, italics, fonts etc.
• Unrestricted serial numbers for the various counts and number assignments such as order number, reader number, supplier number, registration number, serial numbers in the BIBIS codes etc.
• Field title description per category. Using this function you can determine which fields Bibis LMS should ask for the various types of title descriptions.
• Various printing programs for specific functions such as, for example, the barcode stickers to be used which can be printed for stock.
• Membership details for readers and borrowers.
